can i legally work in ireland and england?

i am currently 19 years old living in ireland(also born here) i have a PPS number and legally working here in ireland. however i want to work for citrus events over in england… this will ivovle me flying over and working at a festival for a weekend so its just some extra cash. now heres the problem they want a national insurance number from me which is englands version of a PPS. will i be able to get a national insurance number if i dont live in england and if so how? and will i be able to work in both countries if i do get the national insurance number?

You may need to register with the immigration service. They should provide you with a foreigners registration number. With that number, you should be able to work.
